Female Ejaculation and Climax

Posted by Kelly On June - 9 - 2010

An intense and satisfying sex life is important in any partnership. For centuries, emphasis has been placed highly on male stimulation and orgasm. In past decades, however, the subject of female stimulation and climax has become increasingly more of interest. Studies show that sexually satisfied females make better partners are are more attuned to returning the favour from a pleasure standpoint. This article will talk about ways females can be brought to orgasm and ejaculation, whether with the help of a partner or on their own.

One of the first and most important steps toward achieving the goal of female climax is setting the mood. This doesn’t have to involve cliche and overwrought stereotypes like rose petals scattered about and dim lights. Rather, the mood can be set simply by relieving some of the everyday stress modern females are consumed with. A simple shoulder massage, compliment, or offer to help her accomplish something on her to-do list are all great places to start. If the woman is working solo, she should try to relax herself with some breathing exercises or by watching a favourite television program. These steps work to ease the woman’s mind and set the mood for release later.

Next, foreplay is absolutely essential. A woman cannot be brought to climax without first having the proper amount of stimulation. Almost every woman prefers to be kissed first. Slow kissing and focus on the neck, ears and jawline can heighten arousal. Other erogenous zones, like the space between her thumb and forefinger and her clavicle, can be gently kissed. Give some attention to the breasts, depending on her preferences. For some women, the nipples are high arousal zones and touching and sucking them feel great for her. Still other women prefer to have little attention placed on her breasts.

When the woman is aroused, her vaginal area will become lubricated with natural fluids. Once she is wet, being stimulating her with the fingers, paying special attention to the clitoris and her G spot area. The clitoris is a small, hooded pressure point at the top of the vaginal opening that is packed with nerves, and the G spot is a small, spongy mass located inside the vagina that can be found by inserting fingers and making a “come here” motion. Circular massaging of the clitoris combined with light pressure on the G spot feels great for most women. Increase the speed of the motion on the G spot until the woman climaxes; female ejaculation will usually occur at this point. Much like male semen, the ejaculation is liquid and pliant. Ladies working to achieve climax on their own can use a vibrator of their own fingers during this stage.

Once the desired pressure and stroke is achieved, via hands, mouth or sex toy, keep a steady pace of stimulation until the woman starts to climax. Tell-tale signs of such are increased and laboured breathing, twitching throughout the body and an increased amount of lubrication. Continue until she falls still.
