Sensuous Food and Sex

Posted by admin On February - 2 - 2010

Eating a sensuous meal, savoring all of the different flavors and textures that the earth has to offer is closely aligned with the way we taste, touch and savor our sexual partners; orally, visually and with a sense of hedonistic enjoyment.

The next time you settle in for the evening with your sexual partner, why not combine these two activities to create a sensational, sensuous food experience.

Begin by preparing a special dessert of finger foods for, or with your partner. Think of this part as a ‘clothing optional’ step in the overall process. A shapely female body wrapped in nothing but a feminine apron will get his juices flowing and more than his appetite growing. On the flip side, nothing says sexy like a man who knows his way around the kitchen. Use foods that won’t weigh you down, like fresh strawberries, bananas and mangos dipped in melted chocolate or whipped cream.

Set the dinner table as usual, minus the silverware. Or, for some added romance, toss some oversized pillows around a low table and sit on the floor.

Turn down the lights and set the mood with some soft music. Light some candles, but only the un-scented variety. You don’t want the candles to compete with the aromas of the fruish fruit and melted choclate you’ll soon be devouring.

Now the fun begins. Take turns feeding the fruit to each other very slowly. Savor each bite, vocalizing your enjoyment. A banana dipped in chocolate is a fantastic way to let a male partner know exactly what to expect after dessert, as you slowly lick, twist and suck on the banana, first melting the chocolate with the warmth of your mouth, dragging your teeth gently, giving him something to feast on with his eyes.

A strawberry dipped in chocolate or whipped cream dabbed on your lips or nipples will entice your partner to have a taste. Touch, lick and sample all of the juicy, sensuous food that you’ve prepared together and while you are at it, touch, lick and sample each other.

Creating a fun, sensuous food experience can prolong sexual enjoyment, and go a long way in bringing a little spice to an otherwise bland evening.
